I know there's long been a debate over whether there is such a thing as a hand that is too strong to open a weak 2 but too weak to open at the 1-level. I guess GIB thinks there is such a thing; I disagree.

Also, the description of the 1♥ bid is odd. Wouldn't hands with 5+H and 11-15 total points generally directly overcall 1♥? I think the actual 1♥ bid should be explained as showing 4+H.
