Again GIB can't count its TP or more likely it doesn't have any decent bidding options so its left with some ridiculous bid to make that fails to describe its hand.

It happened due simulation.
Fixed for next update not to go in down ranges as did here with 2♦. So GIB has couple of choices, not strictly one NMF. Like NMF or making 3♦ with top invite 12TP range showing two-suits.
