All white, teams, partner deals and second hand opens 2 which shows 5 hearts, 4+ in a minor and 6-10. Would you bid 2 or 4 with this collection:

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

My mistake. Your partner dealt and passed. RHO opened 2, Muidenberg.

I'm bidding 2 to get the spade suit in play. There's no guarantee that partner will be able to balance if all the points are fairly evenly distributed and LHO passes. Although highly likely that opening bidder has s and s, you can't assume so.

2 seems obvious. If LHO has a lot of spades then I'll be glad I stayed low.

2 is just fine. But, 3H isn't Mike for us and the hand is not strong enough for Leaping 4D Mike...so the only option to 2S is pass, and I won't do that.

4H means what? Certainly not Spades and a minor.
