I'd lead

Spade looks tempting but if pd has K or if declarer holds stiff K i may still survive later. Looking at the bidding it is unlikely that declarer will cash first 9 tricks in minors. Although it is possible.

What kind of scoring is it ? Are we trying to defeat this or trying to take as much tricks as we can ?

Knowing the form of scoring would help. Are we to assume that dummy forgot the agreement or that he is making some kind of slam try or what? Way more info needed imo.

I would try the spade Q lho did not show much interest in spades after they bid
1s so there is a decent chance they dont have good intermediates. If the dummy
hits with say Kxxx declarer has a tough decision to make it they rise with the k we
might still be able to score 3 spades heart A and another trick. If the spade Q holds
it seems a good idea to continue with the J and try again and the J is actually more
likely to hold than the Q did. So we can score 3 spades and never even lose tempo.

A small spade might get us 3 spade tricks but will always lose tempo (except in the
unlikely event p has the K).
