- what kind of funky evaluation is GIB using that it is worth only 2 spades as a rebid, surely worth at least 3s if not 4c?
- what's preventing North from raising to 3c over 2s?
- should South's second 3c show somewhat better clubs than the description? It seems not to show anything more than the initial 2c call.

"funky evaluation"? How about "pedestrian evaluation"? 11 HCP + 2 for each singleton = 15 total points.
