Am interested in various scenarios where each partner is aggressive or each partner tucks in, because of vulnerability and form of scoring ---resulting in wrong level.

Do I have to create separate threads for opening preempts, competitive auctions, game decisions, etc? Or are there some people out there with solid metarules so that two rights don't make a wrong?
