I hope you're just joking in your subject line. As I mentioned in another post, he stopped working on GIB years ago, when he sold it to BBO.
And I suspect Dr. Fill is just a side project for Matt, I assume he spends most of his time running On Time Systems.

Yes, you sort of have to read between the lines on this one, even though GIB plays like he is working a crossword puzzle at the same
time he is playing frequently.
But mostly the post was for those to read what the creator of GIBinstein is up to....off to making another monster.
hmmm.....BBO robot crosswords anyone?
