Wow, congratulations! First the BB Final, now Nationals win - what next?!!

Partnering with a bridge legend, apparently. He's got some pretty big shoes to fill, taking a seat previously held by Bobby Wolff, Paul Soloway, and Zia. Make us proud, Justin!

I didn't spend any time here on the weekend, so missed this: way to go, Justin!

Congratulations indeed to Justin, but I'm slightly puzzled that posters here seem to regard winning a national pairs event as more significant than reaching the final of the Bermuda Bowl.

Of course getting to the finals was much bigger, but still, 1st feels so much better than 2nd!

Congratulations Justin.

What's up with the ACBL Daily Bulletin? "Lall, an accomplished junior player?" WTF? No mention of "Bermuda Bowl finalist" !!!????

I doubt Zelandakh was implying winning the pair game was better than the BB, I think he just meant in chronological order. But, Han made a good point, even though I know the BB was better, I certainly got a better feeling at the end of the pair game! Winning is winning, it's why most of us compete.

The BB is old news, this is happening now. We already heaped the congratulations on him then for that achievement. Are we now supposed to ignore him until he actually wins a world championship?

Late to congratulate here, but I already did that in person. I want to congratulate you especially on getting to the finals of Reisinger, (okay playing 3 boards against our team, with a zombie who was sleepless till 4 AM that morning, didn't exactly hurt your chances seriously :)). If you had to pick between winning the N.A. Swiss or simply getting to the finals of Reisinger, which would you pick ?
