I think 2 was an underbid and you should have called 3. Assuming the 4 bid is some kind of a splinter or slam interest, I'd have to say you need to go forward since you haven't shown your full potential.

I'll just shoot at 6. Pard didn't bid 2, so he rates to have some clubs. He also splintered with at best the jack, so he's likely to have extra trump length.

Slam looks excellent. Since I don't think we can find out whether pard has all of AKQ of clubs, I'll just blast to a straight 6S.

I'm more concerned about missing 7 than not making 6. We are looking the at AKQ (!) of trump and partner is making a slam try? Plus we have zero heart duplication? Either of these reasons would be enough to press on, but with both you need to bid. How could our hand possibly be better?

Maybe I should have bid 3S instead of 2, and maybe not. But, since I didn't, partner has put me in the Captain seat with two good pieces of information (the heart shortness, and the slam interest holding crappy trumps).

I have the trumps covered and really like her heart shortness ---and have no idea what to do about it

Gotta try slam; might as well just blast 6. If we have all the minor-suit power to make 7, I would hope partner would have chosen a different path than only chosing to describe the heart shortness --- perhaps, taking over from her side if all she wants to know about is trump quality and maybe the heart bullet and/or stiff diamond.
