Hi, I'm unclear about a few things.

First, when do cuts start happening? Can they occur after the first round? Or only after the second round?

Are you able to specify when the cuts occur? That is, do they happen after every round? Is it possible to set it after certain rounds? Are you able to change the % cut after the tourney has started?

And is it a swiss type format after each round?

First cuts are made at the end of round 2, and then at the end of each round.

In addition, even at the end of round 1 or if TD specifies 0% cut, pairs who are incomplete (missing-players) are cut and lowest scoring pair is cut to make an even number.

When the cut starts cannot be controlled. TD is free to set percentage cut to 0 or change it between rounds as often as he/she likes.

System will not honor cut percentage if it will lead to too many pairs being cut ( for movement safety).

It is a swiss type format, with playbacks.
