for the given colors I would prefer 3>X. However if the colors were = or reversed I would probably X > 3

double, keeps the space open, we have an easy 3 rebid later if parner didn't find no trumps yet. With 3 we put too much pressure on him, some afwul 3NT might be reached when he has somehing like QJ in a black suit and Ace or King in diamonds.

Double. Especially as partner cannot double without a conventional meaning: supportX.
My problem comes when/if partner rejects penalties.
How can I get my 16 prime with solid hearts shown?
