LHO leads ♣2 (3th/5th), you play small from dummy, RHO plays the ♣J and you ruff with ♠5.
Next you lead a ♥ to the ♥Q (LHO ♥6, RHO ♥5).

Plan to get to position(giving away a trick to ♥A) where RHO has ♣Ax ♦KQx and then play ♦J from hand...
