Ken Eichenbaum, a friend and regular partner of mine, has a blog now, at www.kensclubbridge.blogspot.com. His focus recently is in teaching and mentoring students. Worth checking out, especially for the free samples section, which is literally like reading a 30-40 page mini-book.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
