You're 3rd in hand playing IMPs. r/w Partner opens 1 of a minor.

You have short spades and long hearts. What's the best hand with which you bid 4? Is it the same hand as the worst hand? :D

Where the ? would probably be the difference between the weakest and strongest I would bid 4 with.

I would bid 4H possibly pretty heavy in this case, knowing that we could miss slam because of it.

Maybe this is wrong and I'm biased because I play precision all the time or with clients, but I think for every time I miss slam with AKJ seventh, I gain like 10x as often by giving LHO a tough problem.
