:D Pairs game... and 1 partner of N/S boots..
Through no fault of remaining partner who is on way to laydown slam....
Subs can not stay in chair and after maybe 4-5 subs time is up on round...
E/W who is holding total of 6 hcps now wants A+ adjustment...

What say ye?

Is it ok to "reward" E/W for opp booting?

Law 12 is Law 12 - assign the most likely possible score to ensure field protection.

This is a slipperly slope. If there is three to five tricks left, something like that, a normal directorial assignment of the contract is one thing. But if the bidding is just over, if only a trick or two have been played... do you really want to get into guessing what the result would have been. What if it was 4♠ which will likely make exactly all normal lines, but could go down. Do you want to assign for that one? Bridge is a timed event.

So I have to admit that I am not sure what I would do... if one or two tricks to play, I would assign the obvious result. If it is early in the hand, I think I would do the normal thing and assign average+/-... I mean, just because it is a slam doesn't change anything... do you really want to try to adjudicate all slow tables? Not me.

Bridge is a partnership game. If your partner loses connection, you may be faultless but your partnership has to take the lumps that come to it. If you play online bridge with a partner who loses connection often, you incur the risks of doing so. It's no different than eating separately between sessions. If your partner is late coming back, you both are going to be penalized even though you got back on time.

If I read what is happening here correctly, N-S have a laydown slam but haven't bid it yet when the sub parade starts. There's just no way I can see to assume a slam is bid and made when it hasn't even been bid yet. If it is such an easy slam to bid, AVG- will not be more than 15% away from the score they would have gotten for bidding it.

 Let us assume bidding is end and 6nt contract is no brain, no finesse necessary to make...

In this case I would say score it up as 6NT making, with one exception. If the remaining member of the partnership refuses a substitute, he gets A- and the opponents get A+.
