Bidding with GIB Do you bid slam?

Scoring: MP

You are South playing in a robot MP tourney (i.e. GIB as pard/opps). The bidding so far:
South West North East
1C - pass - 1H - 1S
2C - pass - 3H - pass
3NT- pass - 4H - pass
???

GIBs descriptions (obtained by clicking on bids):
GIBs 3H: Invitational Jump rebid -- 6+ H; 11-12 total points
My 3NT: 3- H; twice rebiddable clubs; 16- total points; likely stopper in S
GIBs 4H: strong rebiddable H; 11-12 total points

1. Do you pass or go for slam?
2. Do you agree with South's bids so far?

#2 Not really, I prefer 3C, but I dont hate 2C, and I may
be used to lighter jump rebids than typically in NA.

why would i go for slam? my hand got worse and worse as the rounds went by. all my pds values are supposedly in the majors.

i think 2♣ is a huge underbid. just bid 3♣ and then things will be less complicated.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

You are too strong for 2♣. Often you will play 2♣ when you are cold for game.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.
