If I had to act, I'd possibly bid 3NT.
1. Would partner interpret it as minors? I guess so.
2. Is this a bigger risk vs. double? I can't see it -- if I double & partner has a boring 3-4-3-3, he may pass (taking his chances).
Finally, there is a small chance we play in 3NT (dbld?) with a loss smaller than allowing 3♠x or playing in 4m dbl.

What are the possible hands for partner? He is surely limited, as he did not act over 1 ♥.
Possible scenarios:
1. RHO has long hearts and partner has a fit for us in a minor. We may find a good defence against 4 HEart. But no way to run, we will have a second try.
2. Partner has long hearts and some spades, so that they have no spade fit. In this case, we have no big minor fit and they may grill us in 4 of a minor.
3. He has no spades and they have a fit. They will outgun uns anyway, but when we need to sacrifice against 4 Spade, we will get another shoot.
I would pass peaceful.

I doubt you play, that 3NT showes both minors, at least 5-5.
I am not going to double, since I dont want to defend 3Sx.
Lets wait and see, if the auction ends with 3S, which is only a
partial, nothing terrible happend on the board.

I don't hold with all this talk of opps have a misfit. True they may not be that well fitting, but pard still seems odds on to hold at least 7 cards in the minors - so I think that is being a bit too pessimistic.
