I would bid 3C, 2NT suggests a balanced 12-14 hand, a double misdescription. 3C does not deny a stopper.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

3C, you have a single suiter, show it.

3C does not deny a stopper in diamonds.

3C , since you have a Club suit - not a balanced hand.
If partner needs my stopper to play 3NT he can still ask for it.
