A diamond.
No trump, it's a singleton and might finesse partners honour.
No heart, it's not likely that partner holds the king, it's possible that it gives away the jack.

Diamond, mostly because other choices seem bad. Especially given pard didn't double 4♥.

I have enough stuff over the NT opener that there's a decent chance I'll take two tricks if I don't blow a trick. There's isn't much for pard to holdf, and it's really unlikely he holds a King.
It's close between a spade and a diamond, but a diamond won't kill pard's trump Jxxx.

Perhaps we will set if we wait for our club tricks. As such, I'll lead a diamond which looks like the most passive lead.

I will go out on a limb and lead the club ace. It is very possible the club will go away on the diamonds. I hope we have a club and a spade trick. Dummy probably has the king of clubs or a stiff club, or just a ton of HCP to not be worried about clubs. If he has a stiff C then the ace of clubs will be a very good lead, if it's the king it will be good or break even, and with xx then they're gonna have a pitch anyways, possibly 2.

The same auction occurred at both tables in our GNT A district event. Both west players lead a heart, and both declarers made easily (no swing).
In fact the contract can be made on any lead, but the double-dummy line to make is not likely to be found at the table on the lead of a spade or a diamond. Playing for ♥Qxx or ♣A onside seems like a better way to combine chances than running the strip squeeze against west.

I went with spade, figuring they might sign off in 5 off a key and the queen. But those of you who mentioned jack fourth opened my eyes. A diamond is probably better. Neat hand.
