Help
hi,
some of my friends are not displayed in the lobby while they are online, when im in tournament area and i click on lobby all freinds are displayed, not talking here about invisebles, so i have adiffrent displyed friendslist in tournament(where i click lobby, below chat i think) area and in the lobby
any explanation for this inconvienience?

Look at what filters you have turned on...
go to the lobby and try the effect of picking display by country or by skill level. If I had to guess, the people displayed in the loppy might all be "expert" or "expert and advanced" or "novices" or "beginners". Or you have the country filter turned on so they are all from some specific country.
To find the view filters, from the lobby, click on "view button" and look under the select skill and select country settings. Maybe you played with it once and didn't get it back to display all.

hi,
lol, had skill filter on(think no novices or so). friends putting their skill level on what i had excluded and kept sending me messages , "most be something wrong if u dont see me" took me 3 hours to figure this out, thx ben

Yesterday I had 2 who wasn't displayed in lobby. I have no filters activated at all and both country and skill level is enabled. Others from same country and with same skill level are displayed.
Other reasons possible than those you have informed of?

You probably know this, but at the risk of telling you something you already know, I will go ahead and say it. If one of your friends (or in this case 2), log in as "invisible" they will not show up in the lobby. If they message you, you can message them back, but you will still not be able to see them in the lobby.

Thank you Ben - I will pursue that. I had that suspected myself and asked one of them about he had logged in invisible. The other one I didnt ask but I wondered a bit as they both played at my table showing correct ♥. The one I asked was Bulgarian with hard language problems but a good bridge player. Belladonna/Garozzo + Beznazwy. So you understand I want to have the problem solved. I got no answer but the american I will talk with as soon he contacts me - which looks the only way here. Thank you very much.
