I'm testing a change to the software: If all goes well, it will go into production in a couple of days.



A player who tries to sign up a a sub in a tourney will be prevented from doing so unless he also has sufficient authority to register in that tourney

This will serve to keep out enemies, etc, from joining the tourney as subs.

The TD can can fiddle with the filters after the tourney has starteted, if he wishes to relax the rules for subs.

Ouch, I thought this was already being done. I may have this already documented in the Help. Is the prescience or what? (I probably shouldn't ask this question, people are apt to reply. Hey, it's rhetorical!)

There may be tourneys with restrictions so narrow that it is not very likely that you find enough subs that meet the restrictions. For my own tourney on Fridays I would perfer that the subs are flagged in the list so I can see if they meet the restrictions or not, so I can choose a BIL member if there is any but still can sub in a non-member if there is no member available.
