Disagree with 2NT, there is too much outside the suits and the clubs are bad.

I would either with bad hearts, or a hand strong enough to bid again.

1♥. I like sound 2NT's, but I prefer suits with body, not a handful of aces.
Would guess to pass 3♣, if I must live with 2NT. Sure we could have a game, but there is no safety with such a bad suit. Also, notrumps are wrongsided.
