The auction proceeds (1♠) Dbl (2♦) Dbl (4♠), where 2♦ is a transfer to hearts. Your call?

(1♠) - Dbl - (2♦) - Dbl
(4♠) - ???
5C, what else?
You decided to treat this hand as a strong 1-suiter
with clubs, because you hoped to hear hearts.
Partner did not have hearts, but the opponents,
now I show my suit.
With kind regards

2 Diamond was alerted as transfer and meant as Diamonds. When South- with a double fit in Hearts and Clubs- did receive 300 in 4 Spade X and not 620 or more in a suit contract, E/W said this was his fault, bidding on was mandatory the double silly.
Anyway I agree with Marlowe, this is a wtp hand.
But I disagree with his bid. X is it. Pd did show diamonds, we have clubs and Hearts, why do we want to bid on the 5. level?

Having read the arguments for double,
I tend to agree, ... but 5C was my first
impuls, and at the table I usually follow
my first impuls.

A keyboard monkey (or mouse monkey) is the legendary monkey who with a probability of 10^(-50000) reproduces the collected works of Shakespeare. On BBF, the monkey is responsible for the fact that no poll ever receives an unanimous verdict. It is custom to include a "monkey" option in polls, just in case someone wants to vote for something which you did not anticipate.

It's a non-statistical sampling method* designed to test how many forums readers are voting randomly. Whenever this number is sufficiently high, it is a general indication that the poll results should be rejected and further testing should be performed.
* Ask an auditor about sampling to actually understand this joke.
