Suppose you build a new FDCC with the following instructions:

*00{Testing condition in FDCC}=NYYYYYYMay 2007
001N=NYYYYYY215-17HCP
001ND{Penalty}R{Penalty}=YYYYYYYRescue-bid
001ND{any one suited}R{any one suited}=YYYYYYYRevenge

Suppose then that you load it in BBO and your pd opens 1N, your RHO doubles and you want to redouble according to the meaning of RHO's double.

Nothing happens on the screen. No bubble popping up for selecting a meaning. Your redouble means simply nothing...

Is it a feature that will only be operational in the future? If so, when?

Or is it a well-know bug of the sofware (either bidedit.exe or netbridgevu.exe)?

This is a feature that has not yet been integrated in BBO. There has been a lot of discussion about this but it is not "easy".
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do!
