After RKCB (no kickback) my partner and I bid 5NT to ask for Kings. We agreed to bid the lowest king as thought that would be most useful. We are wondering what to do with 2 kings? Now I appreciate this is a very rare event, so has to be simple and memorable.
I appreciate if asker had a king we could with none bid 5T with one bid it, with two bid the one we have not got, asker can work it out however he may not have a King.
Interested in thoughts on this.

Asking for Kings

I use the cheapest available bid to ask for kings, rather than 5NT. As a response, we bid the king we have if we have one of them, or the king we don't have if we have two of them. With three, all, or if the answer would take us too high, there are some additional rules to avoid issues.

You can use the step following the bid, that showes the lowest King as asking for further Kings,
that are not already denied.
You could interpret the add. question: do you have something additionally? If yes bid, the Grand.
We play it that way, obv. there are more elaborate schemas, spiral scan comes to mind,
use your favourite search engine, you will find some pages discussing spiral scan,
but it is rare.
And using the cheapest free bid, instead of 5NT is certainly better, it quite often
will be the same, ..., at least with spade as trumps, but you gain steps, with other
trump suits.
With kind regards

IMHO bidding the King you hold if you have one king, or the king you don't hold if you have two is the best approach. Partner should be able to figure it out on the basis of the king he holds himself and on the basis of cue bidding and or your known values in case he doesn't hold a king himself.

Am I the only person who thinks that if partner is looking for a grand, and the right king should make it, that two, even "the other two", should as well?
Now, if you play that 5NT could be looking to play 6NT instead of 6-of-the-suit, fine. Have fun.
But if you play that 5NT promises the 6 key cards, isn't the proper response with "I have two kings actually" the same as "if you're worried about the 13th trick, my side suit will provide it" - bid 7?
More particularly, are the number of times that it's *not* right worth a whole new system to learn that will come up no more than once a year - and then hope you both remember it, because getting it wrong when "just bid 7" would have worked is nearly the same loss as "bid 7 when it can't make"?

We once qualified for the GNTs (Flight B) because(*) one of the opponents, having had a relay-ish auction that pinpointed his exact shape, showed his singleton king, and his partner took him for the other two.
That being my only encounter with this convention, I'm inclined to agree with mycroft.
(*) I think the margin was bigger than this slam, but that was because they started swinging afterwards.

This is strange I am sure I just replied and yet my reply seems to have disappeared into the ether.
Next step to ask is good however 5NT is less ambiguous, we do not cue bid (shame on us) so bidding king to show it or the other two not likely to work. Seems simpler solution is bid the king we have if one and 6NT with 2 or more, could just bid grand but we mainly play MP so think better to bid 6NT and partner can decide NT or suit for GS. Look forward to trying it out soon
