Yes, 3♥. Less is for children and adults with weak hearts.

And more is for juniors

I chose 4♥.

4♥. Pard has a balanced 12-14. If he has too much club wastage, this fails, but oh well.

OK, 3♥ are the winner. I bid them also. This was the dummy:

♥J - ♥A - ♥2 - ♥3
♦8 - ♦10 - ♦2 - ♦K
♦3 - ♦5 - ♦J - ♦4

Now East leads ♥9, how will you play hearts?

The situation is:

Hi,

3H

Unclear what playing precision has to do with
this kind of decision.

I will go for hearts 2-2, I doubt that west
did attack a single trump.

With kind regards

"Unclear what playing precision has to do with

Pd won't have most 11s or bad 12 hcp - more likely opps have game, making higher preempts a better decision, by a bit.

I would bid 3 as well. Despite being a junior, this suit and hand just seem too weak for 4.

You don't think K1087653 are weak hearts?

Oh well, 3♥ for me too.
