Technical question related to qualification of bids

In the current BBO-Advanced.bss, there are lines like the following:
*002D{WEAK TWO}2S{WEAK TWO}=NYYYYYY458NATURAL

The explanation in brackets is the qualification. However, as far as I understand this, qualification is meant to apply to opponents' bids only, the 2D here. Instead, this line in the file also gives a qualification to the 2S overcall over 2D.

Is this a bug in the file, possibly created by an older FD version?
