hi all,
over the last 4 years i frequently have been playing online bridge with the father in law of mike cappelletti, mr. brian lipscomb , brian3 here.
we shared not only our love for the game of bridge, after 2 years of playing we found out that we both were in baseball too. :-) i planned a journey from germany to atlanta this year and brian and i wanted to pay the travelcosts for one of my bridge/baseballkids in our club. unfortunately he had to undergo some surgery in summer so the journey had to be postponed. however since october 20th i havent heard anything from him, and i am really worried.
in this situation i would appreciate if somebody could tell me something about him. i checked the acbl bulletins of most of the recent regionals/sectionals and nacb but didn`t find his name. celebrities like mike and shannon don´t give away their e-mail adresses easily ( i wouldn`t either) so i can`t contact them to ask about brian.

Shannon logs in to BBO just about every day. Her user ID is redmonster.
You might want to try leaving a BBO mail message for her, or sending her a chat message if you see her online.

Hello,
Thanks a lot, Fred, for your information.I sent a BBO message to Shannon Cappelletti(redmonster)about 5-6 hours ago:no reply.
Some brian's friends and I are very concerned because we havent seen him for at least 2 months.

Good news! Brian is still up and running (as opposed to his PC)
He has not had a computer available because lightning killed the one he had.

Yes nice to know he is well and back on BBO....
I played with him about 8 months ago, and he took a finesse and I never understood why!! I am still waiting for him to give me an explanation...
