I am curious as to how FD would handle it say, with my regular real world partners we have 3 different defenses to one club openings.

1.Preciscion Club
2.Short Club
3.Standard Opening club

each defensive bidding scheme is different, how would FD handle that?

The FD file format and editor support this through the "qualify" field.

However, there is currently no mechanism within BBO for providing FD with details of which of these options should apply.

yes, thanks Fred had read that thread, just didnt know what to call this type of operation in FD.

Cause could see where depending on type of overcall structure against NT openings one night want to use, penaltydoubles, negative doubles, and stolen bid doubles.
